An oil-free air compressor usually refers to an air compressor with an oil content of 0.01ppm. If the content exceeds this, it is an oil-free air compressor, and there is also a completely oil-free air compressor. The oil-free air compressor does not need to add any lubricating oil, and the compressed gas discharged from the source is guaranteed to be free of oil and oil vapor, which eliminates the risk of oil pollution to the compressed air and the final product, and also eliminates the increase in costs due to oil.
The oil-free air compressor is a miniature reciprocating piston compressor, the mechanical structure of the crank rocker is symmetrically distributed by the motor uniaxial drive, the main movement part is the piston ring, and the auxiliary movement part is the aluminum alloy cylindrical surface, and the movement part is the same as the piston ring Self-lubricating without adding any lubricant. The volume of the cylindrical cylinder changes periodically through the reciprocating motion of the crank rocker of the compressor, and the volume of the cylinder changes twice in opposite directions once the motor runs for one cycle. When the positive direction is the expansion direction of the cylinder volume, the cylinder volume is a vacuum, the atmospheric pressure is greater than the air pressure in the cylinder, and the air enters the cylinder through the air valve, which is the suction process at this time: when the reverse direction is the volume reduction direction, the gas entering the cylinder is subjected to pressure Compression, the pressure in the volume increases rapidly. When it is greater than the atmospheric pressure, the exhaust valve is opened, which is the exhaust process. The structural arrangement of single shaft and double cylinder makes the gas flow rate of the compressor twice that of the single cylinder at a certain rated speed, and makes the vibration and noise generated by the single cylinder compressor well resolved, and the overall structure is more compact.
