The oil-free air compressor is a miniature reciprocating piston compressor. When the motor uniaxially drives the crankshaft of the compressor to rotate, through the transmission of the connecting rod, the piston with self-lubrication without adding any lubricant will reciprocate. , The working volume formed by the cylinder head and the top surface of the piston will change periodically.
Oil-free air compressor principle
When the piston of the piston compressor starts to move from the cylinder head, the working volume in the cylinder gradually increases, and the gas enters the cylinder along the intake pipe and pushes the intake valve until the working volume becomes full. valve closed;
When the piston of the piston compressor moves in reverse, the working volume in the cylinder decreases and the gas pressure increases. When the pressure in the cylinder reaches and is slightly higher than the exhaust pressure, the exhaust valve opens and the gas is discharged from the cylinder until the piston moves to the limit. position, the exhaust valve is closed.
In the oil-free air compressor, the air enters the compressor through the intake pipe, and the rotation of the motor makes the piston move back and forth, compressing the air, so that the pressure gas enters the air storage tank from the air outlet through the high-pressure hose to open the one-way valve, and the pointer of the pressure gauge The display then rises to 8bar. If it is greater than 8bar, the pressure switch will automatically close and the motor will stop working. The internal gas pressure is still 8KG, and the gas is exhausted through the filter pressure regulating valve and the exhaust switch.
Oil-free air compressor features:
